Account and data deletion for ChampStart - Nursery Admission

This page applies specifically to ChampStart - Nursery Admission (Google Play package com.schooladmissionassistant.champstart), published on Google Play by immonika. Registered parents and guardians can use this page to request deletion of their ChampStart account and associated personal data without signing in.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email support@schooladmissionassistant.in from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject line: ChampStart Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email address or registered mobile number.
4. ChampStart Support may request limited information to verify account ownership before deletion.

Data Covered

Account deletion may remove parent account details, child and guardian admission profile data, school preferences, uploaded admission documents, application planning records, and related app data linked to the account.

Processing and Data Retention

• Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
• Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 30 additional days before automatic removal.
• Deletion-request and security audit records may be retained for up to 180 days to prevent abuse and demonstrate compliance.
• Transaction, tax or legal records, if any exist, are retained only for the period required by applicable law and are not used for other purposes.

Delete Selected Data Without Deleting the Account

Parents can remove child profiles, guardians, preferred schools and uploaded documents from the relevant sections of the ChampStart app. Contact ChampStart Support if assistance is required.
