Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid digital access offered by ChampStart. Paid Plus and Pro purchases are currently disabled while payment setup is completed.
One-Time Admission-Session Access
ChampStart Plus and Pro are intended to be one-time purchases for the 2027-28 nursery admission session. They will not renew automatically. The applicable price, included features, and access period will be displayed before purchase. Access does not carry over to a future admission session unless ChampStart expressly states otherwise.
Google Play Purchases
Android purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund eligibility and the method for requesting a refund are governed by Google Play's policies and applicable law. Users can review their order history or request eligible refunds through Google Play. ChampStart cannot access complete card or bank details used for a Google Play purchase.
Refunds, Reversals, and Revoked Access
If Google Play refunds, reverses, cancels, or revokes a purchase, ChampStart may remove the related Plus or Pro access. A pending purchase does not grant paid access until Google Play confirms that payment has completed.
Duplicate or Unrecognized Purchases
If you believe you were charged more than once or do not recognize a ChampStart purchase, first review the order in your Google Play purchase history. You may then contact support with the Google Play order reference and your registered ChampStart email address or mobile number. Never send passwords, OTPs, complete card numbers, or bank credentials.
Technical Problems
If payment succeeds but paid access does not appear, contact support. We may verify the purchase with Google Play and restore eligible access. Reporting a technical problem does not limit any refund rights available under Google Play's policies or applicable law.
